Working with a tight team of consultants. fintech and regtech partners, Imagineers Group is able to provide services such as senior strategy/advisory, business transformation, complex change, program execution, and operations management.
Our consultants are all experienced professionals with deep content, knowledge and/or subject matter expertise. This allows each of them to operate at the appropriate level, bringing a fresh perspective to some familiar (and unfamiliar) challenges.
LEADERSHIP
Rakesh Nigam, CEO and Founder
Rakesh is an engineer, technologist, entrepreneur and mentor having worked in London and New York for over 30 years. As the founder and CEO of the Imagineers Group, he has been able to follow his entrepreneurial passion, working to redefine the consulting model to better serve clients.
Having held senior positions at JP Morgan, Citigroup and Nomura, he was a Managing Director at Barclays for nine years in both Technology and Compliance before becoming Partner at a niche consulting group and launching Imagineers Group.
He originates from London and has lived in New York since 2003.
Allison Silver, COO
Allison has close to 20 years of experience in the financial services industry in New York. She has held a mix of Middle and Front office revenue generating roles at both Buy and Sell side institutions.
She has acquired a diverse skill set including technical/financial knowledge and client relationship development while implementing firm wide initiatives and projects on behalf of the business.
Allison serves as the Chief Operating Officer leading the firm's Operational, Financial, and Human Capital Management areas.
